Central Government
A large percentage of our consultancy work is carried out for central Government. We have worked with most Government departments over the last few years, however most recent work has been with D.S.D., D.E.L., D.A.R.D., D.H.S.S.P.S., D.C.A.L., N.I.O. and O.F.M.D.F.M.
Local Government
Over many years we have undertaken a wide range of work for local Councils including Belfast City Council, Derry City Council, Lisburn City Council, Ballymena Borough Council, Down District Council, Limavady Borough Council, Strabane District Council, Newtownabbey Borough Council, Larne Borough Council, Dungannon and South Tyrone District Council, Cookstown District Council, Ards Borough Council, Banbridge District Council, Larne Borough Council and Craigavon Borough Council.
Other Public Bodies
We carry out a wide range of work for other public bodies. Recently these have included the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, North Belfast Community Action Unit, Environment and Heritage Service, Social Security Agency, a range of Health and Social Care Trusts, including Homefirst, North and West Belfast, Foyle Trust, Sperrin and Lakeland Trust and a range of other such bodies.
Voluntary Sector
Much of our work is undertaken directly for voluntary sector organisations, or is work contracted with Central Government but involving voluntary sector bodies. Over many years, we have worked with the largest voluntary sector organisations in Northern Ireland and some of the smallest, including community based organisations. We believe that specialising in this area has given us a good understanding of the not for profit sector and an ability to assist to maximise its funding opportunities.
Housing Associations
We have worked with a wide range of Housing Associations, in some cases assisting them to make radical changes, while in others simply to improve already effective organisations. Over the last few years we have worked with B.I.H., Choice and Corinthian Housing Associations, Filor Housing Association, Belfast Community Housing Association, Open Door Housing Association. We have also worked with the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations. We have worked closely with D.S.D. Housing Division to ensure that such work enables the relevant association to better meet D.S.D.’s requirements and regulations.
Private Sector
While we undertake relatively little work in the private sector, primarily because we choose to specialise in public and voluntary sector work which keeps us busy, a range of our services are relevant to private bodies.
